If you have a big shop with clothes, you can start a contest for your clients.
The contest can be a beauty contest for the best looking person in clothes that can be bought in your shop. It can also be contest for the nicest or funniest looking person.
Everyone who wants to take part in this contest should buy something in your shop (or just wear for a moment something that can be bought in your shop).
You could give a camera to your shop assistants and ask them to take pictures of people who want to take part in the contest. You may also hire a photographer and prepare a special place in the shop where the pictures can be taken.
After taking the pictures you should place them in your shop next to the cashier. You can print the photos, but better put them on one computer site.
Everyone who buys something in your shop should be able to vote.
You can decide how many votes people should have (maybe one vote for one bought cloth or 1$ from the receipt could be worth one vote and you may allow people to divide their votes or not).
The contest may last one day / one week / one month. After the contest ending you may put the winner's picture in special place in your shop.
If you have more than one shop, you can start contest in all shops and prepare global challenge with photos downloaded from all shops to one site or you can have local contests first, so every shop can have a winner. In the case of local contests, after that you can have more global contests and give your customers chance to vote for their local shop winner's or some other winner's. And that's how you can get "the city winner". And if you have shops in more than one city or more than one country..., well I assume you know what you can do with such potential.
Of course, people that buy clothes via internet should also be allowed to take part in the contest (at least as voters).
