You can start a game in which you will put money in some places in the city and attach beacon to it (the device to send signal to all which are close enough, I don't know if the name is correct).
Then you can let people download a special program for their smartphones, so they could receive the signal from your 'money'.
You can start the game in many cities at the same time or in different cities on different days.
After first action you can get all the winners from the cities and give them next quest - only to those who found the first beacon.
And after that you can start state challenge or national challenge in "money finding".
And that could be a pretty good commercial.
You can add something to that game - for example - people can vote for winners from their cities and contestants can get bonuses for this.
You can hide 5 or 10 packages with different amount of money and the winner would be the one who had found the most money, etc.
