"one account to rule them all"

Currently, many people have accounts on various social and business networking sites. The idea of this project is to enable people to have one account with which they can connect both with private friends and with business friends, share photos, and write some simple messages. Of course, many of the existing services try to make it possible, but people seem reluctant to new tools when old still seems to work. Innovation of this idea is to replace thinking "take all clients to our site, so they cease to use other accounts". The acquisition of new users is made here by allowing/encouraging people to use other accounts with a single service without shutting down existing ones. As a result, after an initial phase in which people will use two / three services, it is more likely that, ultimately, they will start to use only one site that allows them to do what they had to do with five or six different sites before. In addition, the ads that will appear when you use all services by one party, will serve just this one page.

Of course, to encourage people to use such a service, you have to make them the most faithful copy of the other sites, so they do not have to get used to too many new products at once (but remember about patents, laws, plagiarism and avoid doing something illegal). In addition, it would be a good idea to allow people to use different email addresses for those sites (at least at the beginning) to log in, because people need different address for business contacts, and other for personal contacts.

In theory, it could look like this...

John Smith logs in to his account at the site (site name may be: oneaccounttorulethemall.com,m if it's not taken already). This one logging in makes service to log to all sub-hooked. After logging in, John sees the screen divided into several parts, such as: fb, gmail, Yahoogroups, twitter, etc. and sees the news from each of these services on his account at 'oneaccount' ... Thus, he can check each accessed service inside 'oneaccount'. On the side / top / bottom (?) of 'oneaccount' there are some ads (maybe)... If he writes a note on fb, this note appears on fb, if he sends an e-mail via e.g. gmail it is send by gmail, if he writes the news via twitter, it is sent to twitter, etc. And all this is accompanied by 'oneaccount' ads...

Of course, this idea can be developed, but I think it is understandable the way it is now.

Personally, it seems to me that this might be the future of social networking sites and mailboxes, because people will want to make life easier for themselves. And if they do not see any differences in the sites' appearance (or only small ones), they will not have a sense of loss ('the other site looked better'), or the need to get used to something new ('why should I learn how to use another site').

As time goes by, you can, of course, unify "oneservice" sites, to make them more functional and visually appealing than the other sites.

The mechanism may be the same as in Gmail thanks to which you can download your emails from different accounts, and send emails from those accounts via Gmail.

And that's all about this idea.

So, how can you use this idea?
